Greetings Reader, it’s been a while.
It was a hectic end to the Trout season with some epic days and more importantly, some happy clients.

We finally got some rain and the rivers benefited greatly from a thorough flushing. As the levels steadily dropped again, we were treated to some spectacular sport. We even found a few Sea Trout whilst targeting the Brownies!

As luck would have it, I found myself with no clients on the penultimate day of the river Wye’s Trout season so I spent 2 glorious hours in the sunshine catching wild Brownies on a dry fly.

What a way to finish the Trout season!

Now though, it’s Grayling time!!!
